Ariel Gail
Prof. Gail S. Goodman holds an Distinguished Chair in Psychology in the University of California Davis and is Director of the Center for Public Policy Research. She has been widely recognized for her pioneering work in studying child witnesses and eyewitness memories in the legal setting. Professor Goodman has published extensively as well as received numerous grants. She has also been recognized with many international and national awards. She has advised a variety of government bodies and administrations around the world about policies and research relating to the treatment of child victims by the legal system. She is a consultant at the Special Assault Forensic Evaluation Center which was previously known as it was the Multidisciplinary Interview Center of Sacramento County Child Protective Services.
